The hockey derby against VŠTE was a complete success! Our team fought hard for a narrow but well-deserved 5:4 victory. The game was full of adrenaline from the first minute to the final whistle.
A procession of fans set off in the afternoon from the USB campus, dressed in red colors, accompanied by banners and loud chants. The hockey players from the University of South Bohemia received a pre-game visit in the locker room from the USB Rector Pavel Kozák, who came to show his support. Motivated, they hit the ice in front of hundreds of fans who created an electrifying atmosphere. The players gave it their all on the ice, maintaining the slim lead with maximum effort and determination until the very end. We showed who the hockey king of the regional capital is this time. Thanks also go to the VŠTE team for their fair play and excellent performance. It was a game to remember!
