My research interests include following fields:

  • Ecology of arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis, particularly in temperate grasslands
  • Multivariate statistical analysis, particularly the methods of unconstrained and constrained ordination
  • Modern regression methods

I am coauthor of Canoco software.
