Search dogs trained on the USB campus

The campus of the University of South Bohemia was used for dogs trained to search for missing and wanted persons. The IBHA - South Bohemia training group organised a training of rescue search dogs using the mantrailing method. And the university environment proved its worth - the dogs coped with passing people, animals in pens, wind and change and contamination of surfaces. Dogs trained and certified in this way are used to search for missing and wanted people under the banner of the RESDOGS response organisation. A total of 13 dogs in various levels of training participated in the exercise. USB was pleased to be able to provide a venue for training and promoting the method of scent work that is mantrailing.
