A. Tsenov (Bulgaria), Valahia University of Targoviste (Romania), University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice (Czech Republic), University of Trnava (Slovakia), University of Camerino (Italy) and Adana Science and Technology University (Turkey).

The first face-to-face meeting in the framework of the project "Gamification Model for Working with Cultural Heritage" hosted by the Academy of Economics D. A. Tsenov in Svishtov, Bulgaria, took place on 7-9 February 2024 and was also attended by representatives of the USB Faculty of Education, Department of Geography, Doc. Jiří Rypl, Dr. Petra Karvánková and Dr. Vojtěch Blažek. The meeting was marked by joint discussion with partners, searching for the direction of mutual cooperation, but also sharing experiences and creating memories for a lifetime.

The first day focused mainly on Work Package 1 Project Management and Work Package 5 Dissemination. The project coordinator and leader of Work Package 1, Polytechnic Institute of Tomar (Portugal), presented the project objectives, calendar, budget, platform and reporting. The roles and responsibilities of the different project management bodies were discussed and the partners agreed on the frequency of joint meetings to review progress. At the end of the first day, they also discussed their communication and dissemination plans, the domain of the website, its main sections and the project logo was chosen.

The second day was dedicated to Work Package 2 Examples of Good Practice. The workshops were led by the co-leaders of the package - Academy of Economics D. A. Tsenova (Bulgaria) and Valahia University of Targoviste (Romania). After a short presentation of the work package description, main activities, expected results and qualitative and quantitative indicators, the partners discussed a list of criteria for the identification of good practices. A three-step approach was proposed to develop the final list of criteria.

The third day focused on analytical tools for data collection. The co-leaders of Work Package 2 designed a template for evaluating practices as well as a template for documenting good practice. At the end of the meeting, the partners agreed on the next steps, tasks and virtual meetings necessary for the successful completion of the work package.

The project partners have scheduled a second face-to-face meeting for September 2024, hosted by Valahia University of Targoviste.
