Summer School of Food Production

The USB Faculty of Agriculture and Technology Summer School of Food Production took place this week and was organised for students of foreign universities with the support of the Erasmus programme.

The school was attended by 16 students from Portugal and Slovakia and included practical production of traditional Czech products, brewing beer, excursion to a microbrewery and the national brewery Budějovický Budvar.

The school was organised in the premises of the University microbrewery Čtyrák - University microbrewery of the USB Faculty of Agriculture and Technology and in the laboratories of the Department of Agricultural Products' Quality of the USB Faculty of Agriculture and Technology.
