Summer school of food production

The third tour of the Summer School of Food Production took place in the week from 19.6. to 23.6. in the premises of the Research and Educational Microbrewery of the USB Faculty of Agriculture and Technology - Čtyrák. The school was organised for students of foreign universities with the support of the Erasmus programme and 19 students from Portugal and Slovakia participated in it.

The students tried the production of traditional Czech meat and milk products and beer production, as well as visited the national brewery Budějovický Budvar and the Beeránek microbrewery. On the last day of the course, students tasted and evaluated their products using sensory descriptors and received certificates of completion of the Summer School.
