doc. Dr. Ing. Dagmar Škodová Parmová

My scientific specialization is in service management and applied disciplines in the management of tourism services. I deal with the issue of providing services and the perception of value by customers using the SERVQUAL method. In addition, I monitor the development of selected European economies in terms of competitiveness and quality of services provided to entrepreneurs. I teach didactics of economic subjects for the Faculty of Education.

As JU Vice-Rector for International Relations, I have tried to support the internationalization of our university at all levels - from student and staff mobility, to establishing and strengthening relations with partner universities and institutions abroad, foreign project management, and cooperation with national embassies to make our international fields and scientific results abroad more visible. Now, at the faculty level, I benefit from this experience as a dean.

As part of the Best Business Award Forum, I am the Vice President for the Czech Republic and a member of the expert jury for awarding companies for sustainable business in the European Danube - Vltava region. I am a member of the editorial boards of the international magazines DETUROPE and the Journal of Economics and Working Capital.
